PAYMENT FLOW

A payment has following flow:

CREATION
Payment is created when a user (the customer) fills up their details and submits the payment information and it is sent to the Safexpay merchant. No processing has been done on the payment at this stage.

AUTHORIZATION
An authorization is performed when user’s payment details are successfully authenticated by the bank. The money is deducted from the customer’s account, but will not be transferred to the merchant’s account until it is explicitly captured by merchant.

CAPTURE
The next step, called capture, verifies the purchase as complete by the merchant.
